We service all major Las Vegas convention venues including the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Sands Expo (Venetian Expo), Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Wynn Convention Center, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Paris Las Vegas, Caesars Forum, and all other Strip properties. Our team knows the load-in schedules, freight dock procedures, and venue labor requirements at every location.

We offer the full spectrum of LED trade show equipment: HD P1.8 video walls in any size (8×8, 10×10, 10×20, 20×20, custom), freestanding mobile video posters, 360° LED spheres (4ft and 5ft), LED columns, LED display bars, and interactive LED tables. Delivery, setup, content, and breakdown services are scoped and itemized for each booth.

A freestanding LED video poster is $500 per poster on day 1 and $200 per poster for each additional day (60% off, charged at 40%), plus one $400 flat delivery and setup service fee. LED video wall equipment is $100 per panel on day 1 and $40 per panel for each additional day (60% off, charged at 40%); a complete wall booth is custom quoted by panel count with required labor, delivery, and other services itemized. Premium bundles remain custom packages from $8,000. Applicable equipment sales tax is additional; separately stated service fees are not taxed.

Yes. Our team handles everything — trucking, load-in, installation, cable management, media player setup, content loading, and full breakdown at the end of the show. We coordinate with show organizers and venue labor rules. You walk into a live, running booth.

For major shows like CES, NAB, SEMA, and MJBizCon, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your equipment and load-in slot. Smaller shows can often be accommodated with 1–2 weeks notice. Popular show dates fill fast — the sooner you book, the better.

Yes. We offer content creation services to produce custom branded video loops, product showcase reels, and animations optimized for your exact LED display format and resolution. Send us your logos, product images, and video assets — we handle the rest.

Absolutely. Our freestanding mobile video posters are perfect for 10×10 inline booths, end-cap positions, and corner locations where a built wall isn't practical. They roll in, plug into a standard outlet, and require zero installation. They also make great secondary screens in larger island booths.

Setup time varies by package. A freestanding mobile video poster takes 30–60 minutes to position and power up. A standard LED video wall booth (8×8 or 10×10) typically takes 3–5 hours for full installation including rigging, cabling, and media configuration. Large island booths (20×20) with a sphere and multiple walls may require 6–10 hours across one or two load-in days. We coordinate with your assigned move-in window and show contractors.

The minimum rental period is 1 day for all equipment. Most trade show clients rent for 2–5 days to cover the full show run including move-in and move-out days. Equipment rental is 60% off starting on day 2, so each additional day is charged at 40% of the applicable day-1 equipment rate. Package-level bundle discounts and separately stated services remain unchanged.
